1. Why is the mold not round but oval?
Answer: The design principle of the machine is more complicated than expected. The mold speed is different from the rolling of the corresponding surface, so when the round model is received, the mold is actually elliptical.
2. The skin is elliptical. Is the mold wrong?
Answer: The long and short ellipse is because the noodles are hard, and the noodles need to be made appropriately and softer. The front and back are short and the left and right ellipses are long because the noodles are soft, and the noodles need to be properly and harder.
3. Why is the skin missing a piece, like a crescent?
Answer: The lack of a piece of skin is caused by the insufficient amount of noodles and the mold is not fully filled. There are two handwheels above the machine to adjust the amount of noodles. Both sides need to be balanced and adjusted to a moderate position, not adjusted. The bigger or the smaller the adjustment is.
4. There are cracks and pores in the peeled skin? What is the reason?
Answer: There are pores and cracks because the amount of surface is too large, which causes a lot of surface accumulation between the mold and the surface roller.
